There are different stages in football base, but the important thing is that in each of them we are responsible for the children to enjoy what they do.

Based training should be educational and fun but linked to values ​​that make the small player grow in every way.

FC Santa Coloma have qualified and licensed coaches, many of them active players who understand perfectly the needs and feelings of the children at all times.

The essential thing is that the player gain a solid foundation on which to build their football-personal maturity process, which must be related to improvements that allow them to gradually become a competitive players at all levels: decisional, psychological and physical.

Everyone prefers to win and there is no greater reward after a week of training but we prioritize the growth of the child as a player over the result they get when they play the game, but never losing sight of competitiveness.

We compete to practice what they have learned, evolve through competition and gradually adapt to real situations proposed in football.

Alongside this competitive function, our aim is to train young talents that may get to play in the first team and maybe in a few years they will become part of the future of football.
